Specimens was Al 6061, carbon steel and polycarbonate. Two Al6061 specimens among five was treated by heat until 500℃ and then cooled by quenching, the other two specimens are treated by heat until 300℃ and then cool same way. Each one specimen is applied aging at 150℃ for 8hours. Compare the properties of each specimen through heat treatment and non heat treatment. Carbon steel and Al 6061 are affected by heat treatment. Three carbon steel specimens among six are treated by heat until 850℃ and then cooled by quenching. Observe brittle between quenching and not. And polycarbonate is experimented according to change of crosshead speed. The experiment of polycarbonate will be shown up difference strain and strain rate sensitivity from crosshead speed. (다시쓰기) Introduction Tensile test is very important at ductility materials that mainly applied tensile force. For looking that ductility material like Al6061 is applied tensile. And to know how to applied, brittleness material like carbon steel also is taken tensile test. And each material treated by heating because of searching for difference according to heat treats. But for polycarbonate is thermoplastic, this specimen is applied tensile force with difference crosshead speed.
