본문 Ex Works means that the seller delivers when it places the goods at the disposal of the buyer at the sellers premises or at another named place(i.e.,works, factory, warehouse,etc.). 공장인도라 함은 매도인이 매도인의 구내 또는 다른 지정된 장소(예를들면, 작업장, 공장, 창고 등)에서 매수인의 임의처분상태로 인도하는 것을 의미한다. The seller does not need to load the goods on any collectiong vehicle, nor does it need to clear the goods for export, where such clearance is applicable. 매도인은 집화차량에 물품을 적재할 필요가 없으며 통관이 적용될 경우라도 물품에 대한 수출통관을 할 필요도 없다. The parties are well advised to specify as clearly as possible the point within tne named place of delivery, as the costs and risks to that point are for the account of the seller. 양 당사자는 가능한 한 지정된 인도장소에서의 인도지점을 명확히 해두어야 하는데, 이 분기점에 대한 비용과 위험은 매수인의 부담이기 때문이다. The buyer bears all costs and risks involved in taking the goods from the agreed point, if any, at the named place of delivery.
